You maintain full control by reviewing, editing, and approving each note before it is saved, ensuring nothing enters the chart without your oversight. The platform keeps patients and notes organized with draft and final statuses, and completed notes can be copied into any EHR. It is built to meet HIPAA requirements, featuring encryption for data both in transit and at rest, along with audit logging and two factor authentication.
