Shopfloor Copilot is an AI driven Manufacturing Execution System, or MES, intended to bring modern capabilities to industrial monitoring using smart decision recommendations and immediate data insights. This personal research and development project investigates AI enabled MES ideas, including OEE tracking, OPC UA integration, predictive upkeep, and on site AI processing. Currently, this technology is a demonstrator and is not ready for production environments.
