Property owners can list their spaces at no cost and retain full control. Service operators pay a fixed monthly fee to access the listings and obtain contact information. The platform does not take commission from any agreements and is not involved in the contracting process. It is currently active in Germany, with a web version available and iOS and Android apps launching shortly.
