TickDoc is an AI platform designed specifically for IT support teams across all tiers, from L1 to L3. Users can paste their notes, generate polished documentation, and then copy the results directly into tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Helix. The platform currently offers four active modules, with an additional seven in development. It was created by an IT support technician to serve the needs of fellow technicians.
