Tickin provides HR functionality directly within the platforms your team already uses. Employees can clock in using a simple slash command within Slack or Microsoft Teams, while managers approve leave requests directly through direct messages. The system manages attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll, and includes a web application and desktop tracker for users who are not active in chat throughout the day. It is multi tenant, with each workspace maintaining its own separate database. The service is free for teams with up to 10 employees. The tools your team relies on daily should also be where work is monitored.
