TokenTelemetry analyzes the session logs generated by your AI coding agents, which are already stored on disk, and converts them into a unified local dashboard. This dashboard displays token usage, costs, step-by-step trace replays, subagents, skills, and MCP calls. It is compatible with over 13 agents, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Gemini CLI, Antigravity, Grok, OpenCode, Cline, Qwen, Pi, and Hermes. No SDK, code modifications, or cloud account is required. Installation requires just a single command, all data remains on your local machine, and the tool is open source.
