TrailKit is a WordPress plugin designed specifically for websites that feature adventure routes. Previously, creating a single trail required combining separate tools like ACF, a mapping plugin, and a gallery plugin. This plugin now provides integrated Leaflet maps without requiring an API key, custom post types for routes and points of interest, GPX import with elevation charts, a guide directory, and a photo lightbox. All functionality is managed through native WordPress meta boxes, and no page builder is necessary.
