Web Markups is a Chrome plugin that allows you to annotate live web pages prior to capturing screenshots or brief screen recordings. You can directly place arrows, lines, levels, channels, or text notes onto the webpage and then capture the annotated version with all surrounding context still in view. By default, all captures are saved locally. An optional Pro tier provides screenshots without watermarks, the ability to capture circular areas, and secure private cloud storage for any captures you decide to upload.
