WedBuild consolidates all tasks into a single guest list, where an RSVP simultaneously updates your total headcount, dietary notes, budget, and seating plan. It features a drag-and-drop visual seating chart, QR "Find My Seat" codes for guests to scan at the reception, a budget tracker, a checklist, an AI assistant, and a free wedding website. The platform was initially created for our own wedding. You can begin for free, with a one time payment of either A$99 or A$199. There are no subscriptions, because weddings conclude and software costs should as well.
