WeldStack ensures welding documentation remains prepared for audits at all times. It manages welding procedure specifications (WPS) compliant with ISO 15609-1, procedure qualification records (WPQR), welder certifications with expiration alerts, as well as equipment and inspection records. An integrated AI scanner extracts data from certificates and material datasheets, eliminating manual retyping. The system supports PDF exports in English, Polish, and German. For offline inspections, an Android app is available and includes voice input functionality. This solution is designed for ISO 3834 and EN 1090 certified workshops that continue to rely on spreadsheets and paper binders.
