X402AgentPay

About

AI agents are created constantly, yet they lack a way to transact directly with one another. X402AgentPay solves this problem. The underlying x402 protocol manages the data transfer, while AgentPay provides a commerce framework. This includes agent identification, a registry of capabilities, reputation tracking, delegated spending permissions, and secure receipt hashes. All of this is contained within a single HTTP header. The system is developed on the Base L2 network and uses USDC for settlement. A patent is currently pending. Installation is available via pip install x402-agentpay.
