About

Gymtrack is an iOS app for people who train with weights and also run. Strength sets, timed work, distance sessions and body weight go into one training log with one history, so a hybrid week reads as a single plan. While you train, every set shows the numbers from your last session next to it, and ticking a set fills it in from there. A set that beats your best turns gold on the spot. Every exercise keeps its own page with a progress chart and the personal records you have set on it, including best weight and estimated one-rep max. After each workout you can see which muscles did the most work and share the session as a card on your story. Sessions you repeat can be saved as templates, and your body weight has its own trend line next to your training. If you work with a coach, you can fill in the check-in forms they send right in the app. Gymtrack is free on the App Store, and anyone can try a full workout before creating an account.
